Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
House Hockey
Refund Policy only pertains to Fall Seasons: I understand and acknowledge the maximum allowed fees required if the Player leaves early for any reason other than a HAWK Board approved reason, a medical doctor documented reason, or a six week or greater injury documented by medical doctor shall be accountable for the follow payment once this contract is signed and no activities are participated in. Must be notified in writing to the coach, HAWK treasurer, Hockey Director, and HAWK President. after September 1st - Responsible for 25% of total yearly fee after October 1st - Responsible for 50% of total yearly fee after November 1st - Responsible for 75% of total yearly fee after December 1st - Responsible for 100% of total yearly fee Travel players & JV – once the deposit to accept a position on the team is received, that deposit is non-refundable. The deposit amount will be credited to the player account toward the season fees. Midget JV players who intend to leave the team to play for their respective high school will be required to notify HAWK with intention prior to season beginning and fee will be pro-rated based on ice and game time allocation until player leaves. If no prior notification is given, the guidelines as outlined above will be followed.
